Why should I switch from my current accountant?
If your books run late, reports arrive once a year or you keep chasing for filings, switching fixes that. We handle the handover and take over where your accountant stopped.
What does automation actually mean here?
We use Excel and AI tools to match your bank, marketplace and payment entries and flag exceptions. An accountant reviews every flag, and a Chartered Accountant reviews the output before your books close.
Does a Chartered Accountant review my work?
Yes. Every client file is reviewed by a Chartered Accountant before reports and filings reach you.
Do I have to change my accounting software?
No. We work on Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks. If you have no system yet, we will recommend one.
What is included in the Rs 5,000 per month plan?
The Starter plan covers bookkeeping and a monthly MIS report for up to 100 transactions per month and one bank account. Anything beyond that is quoted before we start.
How long does onboarding take?
About 3 working days. We connect your software and bank feeds, collect your records and set up your compliance calendar.
Can you handle marketplace and payment gateway accounting?
Yes. We reconcile marketplace settlements and payment gateway payouts against your bank and sales records, so GST on sales ties back to your books.
Can you clean up books that are months behind?
Yes, as a one-time clean-up project quoted separately. After that you move to a regular monthly plan.

Access is limited to the team assigned to you, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you work with businesses outside Surat?
Yes. We are based in Surat and serve businesses across India online, with calls and secure document sharing.
